The downfall of a good company. This company may not exist in 5-6 years.

This organization, though established and reputed, appears to be struggling with outdated management practices. A notable issue is the poor condition of the company’s facilities, such as thewashrooms, which is surprising for a software company in today’s professional environment. Additionally, salary increments are significantly low—often in the range of2-5%, and in some years, there isno increaseat all. In contrast, C-level executives enjoy substantial salaries, ranging from 10 to 20 lakhs.
There is a lack of coordination in the company’s workflow, and while the business team often receives management’s attention and support, the engineering team—who form the backbone of the organization—does not seem to be prioritized. This disconnect between management and the engineering team may ultimately affect the company’s long-term stability.
Senior leaders are primarily focused on meetingKPIsrather than aligning with the company’s broader strategic goals. Based on these challenges, there are concerns that the company may face difficulties in the coming years if these issues are not addressed.
