They hire freshers in bulk with salary less than their own peon.
The software team is lead by 2 leads who has zero knowledge on core technology. The system is running on codes older than 20 years. The product team has no product knowledge and changes things as per mood of CEO. To be noted that CEO is a respected figure in the IT industry whose main focus is now activism and being a wanna be politician.
Its good for fresher as u can learn and break things which are already broken, they are surviving as no jobs site are available yet.
This business is running only for the sales team and you will question your ability as an engineer everyday.
Idk how this product is still alive,  maybe for the blessings of unemployed youth whom they are also monetizing with pro version..
