Experience: Bad

Toxic Work Culture and Disorganized Leadership

Salaries are paid on time, but job security is absent – you can be let go without warning. The leadership lacks expertise and professionalism. The CDO depends entirely on ChatGPT, showing no real grasp of SDLC. The CTO and CMO lack basic knowledge in their roles, and the CEO stays disconnected from the team. There’s no understanding of Agile, Scrum, or effective workflows. Employees face unrealistic expectations with little to no support. The environment feels more like a factory than a workplace, with people treated as easily replaceable. Leadership, having no outside experience, is out of sync with industry standards, resulting in poor decisions and wasted resources.

Advice to Management:
Invest in proper leadership training, adopt Agile practices, respect your employees, and align with industry benchmarks to create a better and more sustainable workplace.
